Ene Flores has been with Impello Global since 2022 and serves as Head of Client Services & Operations, where she leads the team supporting Impello's clients and underwriters across a broad portfolio of short-term, multi-buyer accounts receivable insurance programs.
Before joining Impello, Ene spent five years in public accounting at Carr, Riggs & Ingram, focusing on financial reporting and audit. She joined Impello on the Global Advisory team, managing client accounts and developing deep expertise in trade credit insurance before stepping into her current leadership role.
Today she oversees client services and day-to-day operations, working closely with clients and underwriters to keep programs running smoothly. Ene is known for building strong relationships, keeping operations efficient, and guiding clients through the complexities of trade credit insurance with clarity and care.
Originally from Mexico, Ene now calls South Texas home, where she lives with her husband and their son, Matias.
