Ursula has dedicated her career to guiding companies on best practices for managing international sales risk through the use of trade credit insurance. With more than 25 years of experience across government (Ex-Im Bank and SBA), specialty brokerage, and logistics, she partners with businesses to develop effective sales strategies by leveraging the full range of tools and resources available in both the public and private sectors of the trade finance industry.
She is an active member of several international trade organizations and a frequent speaker on trade credit insurance and international trade finance. Ursula earned her B.A. in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago and her M.A. in International Affairs, with a concentration in International Economic Policy, from American University.
A native of Chicago, Ursula now lives in Park Ridge, Illinois, with her husband, their three daughters, her mother, and their bichon-poodle.
